Great city location, clean hotel, wonderful staff. We had a lovely stay. We stayed at four hotels whist visiting Perth and Fremantle. This was the best as it was new and in a fantastic location to everything in the city. I was disappointed that the price didn’t include breakfast. Otherwise it would have been 10/10.

Great hotel, will definitely stay again. Location excellent and easy to access everything. I was initially assigned an accessible room which I didn't like but reception was able to move my room. That new room was lovely - well laid out, quiet (even for me as a light sleeper in a room located next to the lifts!), and comfortable. My only comment is that it was tricky getting in and out of the hotel without automatic doors - I was often carrying bags and had to put stuff down, open the door and then prop open with a hip or elbow while I picked up bag and walked through. A small thing but was a bit annoying.

Adnate is a hotel that has it all. Good rooms, lovely breakfast, amazing helpful staff. No issue was a problem. Rooms well appointed with views over city centre, beds well appointed with excellent wet area. Shower has excellent pressure and heat. Pool area is small, but inviting and is overlooked by meals area which is the only negative but would not worry some. Very convenient to all amenities. Will definitely come again, recommend Adnate to anyone.

We booked our stay here having stayed here a couple of years ago and positive stay then. Room was very clean and spacious, comfortable bed and pillows. Staff on front desk were excellent . We did however have multiple issues with our room access card, not being able to access our room each time we needed to. Therefore we had to go to reception several times to get this rectified. Breakfast was fairly ordinary there were hot and cold options but breakfast was not as good as the first time we stayed at the Adnate. The location of the hotel is in Perth CBD more the west end of this, therefore is well located. The multiple room card access issues and the breakfast were deal breakers for future stays here.

Stayed 3 nights was very disappointed from the arrival into our room. The bedcover was dirty with white stains all over the cover. I order room service after getting in a late flight and it took close to an 1 1/2 to come to my room. I had to call after an hour to see where it was. When it arrived it was cold and was not what was ordered. The pizza was plain and the ships just had Tomatoe sauce. I was to tired to wait for another order as it was way past midnight. The next day it was Anzac day and i was advised there was limited housekeeping. However Friday and Saturday I had to advise reception to have my room serviced after being out all day and returning past 2pm with the room still not done. The breakfast was poor quality in terms of temperature. The scrambled eggs and bacon was cold every morning the warmers are not sufficient. The bathrooms in the restaurant was not cleaned properly. The floor looked like they had not been washed for a while and it smelt like urine. There was slight improvement on the Sunday morning. I was extremely disappointed with this hotel compared to the other Accor venues i have stayed out.

I am sorry that your experience did not meet your expectations; please allow me to express my sincerest apologies. I will ask the restaurant team to start checking the temperatures on the breakfast buffet to see where the issues are, the toilets are cleaned three times a day so not sure what happened. The covers on the bed are a piece of Matt Adnate's artwork and is indeed full of white marks, this is part of the Art Series. Again, thank you for your feedback and I appreciate you sharing your concerns, we will learn from this and it will give us the opportunity to do better in the future. Sincerely, Maurits
